There are no alternatives in education, if not advances, retreats. Possibly one of the worst sins of education is complacency: anyone who believes that it already does well, that needs improvement is the way to do it wrong and getting worse. Learn about the process of school change involves understanding its complexity, understand the stages that compose it and learn to anticipate the resistance it generates. This article offers a set of guidelines that may explain, in a pragmatic sense, how to start a process of school change that is sustainable over time and in that direction, what elements or dimensions should be considered to be particularly effective.
