Headmaster’s training. A model based on the analysis of teaching practices
Abstract

Headmaster’s training has large experience as much in our country as outside. This article shows some thoughts about a forming model based on the analysis of headmaster’s training in the centre of the school board organization and its conditionings, and in a scheme that joins community, social, political and cultural schedules. So, reflection is about focusing on people in organizations, the school ground, institutional time and history, culture and common ways to define and approach to situation in itself by the conducting work. Some experiences are carried on in such a disposition that, from an institutional perspective, propose a framework to privilege the acknowledgment of de institutional dimension of the headmaster’s work in educative systems.
