Abstract |
|
Rural schools in Spain, and very especially in Andalusia, have demanded, since time immemorial, a more fair treatment. With its own identity, assigned thanks to a popular culture of backwardness, indifference and a radical urban – centered tendency, the rural environment organizes its schools with very characteristic management strategies that grant very special distinctive features to teaching. Lacking in the most elementary public services, and with teachers who have to make considerable professional efforts, due to the specific requirements existing in this context, it requires some strategies for the improvement in quality that, thanks to scientific research, we make clear in this article.
