In Latin America, the evaluation of programs in the education field is a duty that is not always assumed by those who leads the planning process. This vacancy prevents a deep knowledge of what happens with each intervention.

This production refers to the basic and preliminary scaffolding that guides the evaluation of a program developed by an educators team that has been part of it. In this opportunity, we share the key lines that fit and give meaning to the undertaken assessment process.
