.Abstract | ||||
From the schools it is demanded better results, major efficacy, more quality in the education that his students receive. The responsibility of answering to these demands relapses into the figure of the director of the center, from what his functions become more and more complex. In the measurement that the requirements and the autonomy increase, also the processes of evaluation, in which the director also occupies a central position. On these pages we will realize a historical trip with regard to the functions of the director, we will analyze the processes and procedures of evaluation in which there take part the directors of the autonomous region of Andalusia and we will raise the evaluation of the criterion leadership (Model EFQM) who will begin to apply in an immediate future in our schools. |
