.Abstract | ||||
This research is intended to describe the strategies, programs and instruments that are being used in Mexico at present, to evaluate the Teaching profession in its different stages throughout the Public Basic Education Subsystem. To simplify this analysis, the teacher’s course of development was divided in three stages: professional education, competition for a teaching post/job in public education and professional development. This evaluating mechanism includes both mandatory large scale and optional instruments. This description allows to outline certain analysis elements from the evaluating mechanism for the teaching profession in the Public Basic Education in Mexico. |
