Evaluation as a way for change in the culture of pedagogy and the improvement of the teaching work

.Abstract
 

The present work was born from the intention of putting in dialog the pedagogic theory and the educational practice, thanks to an academic meeting between teachers of two Latin-American universities, whose central intention was the recognition and significance of the teaching and of various forms if improving through different evaluation systems. This article exposes the development of an innovation strategy, in the context of two capstone courses, mainly characterized  by the articulation  of learning in diverse topics, configured in a didactic system focused on problem solving, case analysis  and  placed education. The present educational experience is the result of collegiate work and the professorship commitment as the basic condition to generate a change in the pedagogic culture at this context.
