.Abstract
 

University teaching evaluation in daily practices, is not always understood as a learning opportunity for teachers and students. Often evaluation practices in university education become an obsessive race of checking what the / students have learned. Faced with this reality exist, however, experiences of teaching evaluation in which the word assessment, recovers his sense of search, knowledge and understanding of the educational reality, to improve it.

The concept of evaluation that the authors of this text present, is based on the importance for this, arbitrate communication channels that allow students to participate freely and democratically, believing and offering his perspective on the process of teaching and learning that takes place in the classroom.

This article seeks to provide an example of what strategies, materials, activities and spaces of exchange of information between the students and teachers, can be carried out in teaching evaluation processes. It shows how the voice of the students in the evaluation of teaching, becomes an essential resource to understand the educational reality, at the time which is extremely useful to redesign the work being done in the classroom, serving in turn as a tool for professional development of teachers.
