Identification of Facilitator Factors of the Use of Digital Educational Resources by Teachers: The Perspective of Experts in an e-Delphi Study

.Abstract
 

This exploratory and descriptive study aimed to evaluate empirically the degree of agreement, through an e-Delphi questionnaire which took place in three stages with 40 participants from institutions of higher education and others, regarding the use of factors which facilitate the use of digital educational resources by elementary and secondary school teachers. Participants were co-opted in public and private universities and other institutions in knowledge areas related to education, namely in research, use of technologies and information technology in particular. The results indicate some degree of agreement on the community of participants in the research about the factors that are facilitators of the use of digital educational resources by teachers. These preliminary results challenge us to develop the same study among elementary and secondary school teachers in order to confront the perspectives of the two communities which play a major role in the area of education in Portugal. It is intended, therefore, to present a contribution so that the practice of adoption and use of digital educational resources in Portuguese schools can be sustained.
