  Abstract

In Latin America the attention to students with significant progress has been disabled from The Salamanca Declaration (1994), especially in the area of Basic Education. Without it meets the expectations that had arisen from this Agreement International, slowly now the focus is on the Post-primary education and employment of people with disabilities. Until this happens, two predominate approaches to care: the inclusion in normal environments standarized and care, either in transit for permanent or normalcy as possible, but that far of the protected nature of the immediate past.
