Abstract | ||||||
The way of teaching the law directly affects the way in which the operators act in the legal system, bringing as a result, conscious or unconscious discrimination "against women. Gender neutrality in legal language, and the absence of explanations for the high incidence of law in unequal power relationships surrounding their concept contributes to the lack of social solidarity and equity that can be translated into just laws. |
