The research analyzes the narratives of differential education teachers who work in non-conventional contexts in the city of Temuco, La Araucanía region, regarding the personal skills developed to exercise inclusive leadership in different institutions such as hospital classrooms, psychological clinics, public education entities, assisted release programs, hospital classrooms, psychological clinics, public education entities, assisted release programs. The objective is to identify personal skills mobilised by special education teachers working in institutions in non-conventional contexts. The method used was qualitative with a descriptive-dense scope. The design was a collective case study of the instrumental type. Semi-structured interviews were applied, which were open and axial coding with the Atlas.ti 8.0 software. The main findings indicate that professionals display personal skills that allow them to assume inclusive leadership to attend to diversity according to the requirements of these institutions. |
